Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
By using Manifest you agree to these terms.
What Manifest is
Manifest presents information from Form 13F filings published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR), along with derived figures such as changes between quarters and adjustments for stock splits.
Not investment advice
Everything on Manifest and in its emails is for information only. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing on Manifest is a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
Accuracy
13F filings are reported by the filers themselves, cover only certain securities, and are published up to 45 days after each quarter ends. Manifest processes them automatically and may contain errors or delays. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and you rely on it at your own risk.
Your account
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- Don't misuse the service, for example by automated scraping, attempting to access other accounts, or interfering with its operation.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Paid plans
Paid plans, when offered, are billed in advance for each quarter or year and renew until cancelled. If you're not satisfied with the first Excel workbook you receive, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Manifest is not liable for any losses arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on its information.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above when we do, and significant changes will be emailed to account holders.
